The contest was judged by external judges. As some students got the same marks, the contest executive committee decided to give a Gold Medal to the top scorers, Silver Medal to the second-best scorers, and the Bronze Medal to the third-best scorers. Jatin Sharma was awarded a Gold Medal as he was the only finalist from India.
