We would like to see our Canadian students be at the top of all aspects of STEM. It's too late for most students if genuine global opportunities to compete only exist in high school. If we want our students to succeed on a worldwide platform, we need to start exposing them to international contests early in the learning process. Students from most other countries are already participating to gain experience. 

For the first time, all Canadian students could compete in a contest with 30 other countries. Students in elementary and middle school did exceptionally well. They were able to capture the top 10 spots for most grades. Many more Canadian students can do it if they are given an opportunity. Hence, we focus on making these unique opportunities available to all students.
