Australian Mathematics Contest
The Australian Maths Trust (AMT) runs a range of unique competitions and programs to inspire, extend, and recognize mathematical understanding for primary and secondary students. Each year, AMT runs six unique competition events and two long form in-school programs for hundreds of thousands of primary and secondary students in Australia and worldwide.
Their flagship competition, the Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC), has been delivered in Australian and international schools since 1978, engaging generations of young people in the joy of maths and problem solving. AMC is the largest math contest in the world.
5 students participated in AMC from Canada. All students did exceptionally well, and 3 achieved a percentile over 99.70 in the contest.
